Swing Type HotPot

The Free-standing unit installed directly on the foundry floor. Ideal alternative where subsurface conditions or foundation restrictions prevent pit installation required for standard lifting furnaces. Induction coil assembly is raised after melting the first crucible charge, swung to the second crucible, and lowered to start melting the next charge while the first crucible is removed for pouring. Enables continuous melting and pouring cycle for improved productivity. Machined slot guide ensures precise coil assembly positioning for accurate transfer between crucibles. Rugged aluminum shell protects the coil from damage. Specially designed spill-free base system enhances safety and cleanliness. Coil movement controlled by a foot valve operating a cylinder within the support post. Available in compressed air (pneumatic) or hydraulic operation options for flexibility.
